ONLINE SUBMISSIONS

Please read general and category specific rules before submitting your work.

1. Compress your work files and a description of the work for the Jury into one zip file. You can send the zip file and fill up the info fields in our online submission system. If your work is on a website, please choose "entry is a website" at step 2/3 of the uploading process. Make sure you give the jury a description of the work into the "concept & comments" field.

2. If your work is over 50 MB or it is downloadable from the web:
Compress your work files and a description of the work for the Jury into one zip file. Host the file in your server or use a free hostingservice like Sendspace. Go to our online submission system and choose the "URL download" option at step 2/3. Copy the link to the field. Please doublecheck that the link works.

3. If you for some reason can not submit your work through our online submission system scan, fill and sign the information form and add it to the zip-file. Send the address of the hosted file to grandprix(-at-)turku2011.fi (subject: "name of your work":Live2011.com Grand Prix) or take part by mail. In this case entries without signed information forms will not be accepted.

ALTERNATIVE SUBMISSIONS

If you wish to send your entry by mail, all required material has to be at Turku 2011 Foundation's office before 30th of June, 2010, 3 pm local time. Entries received later will not be taken into consideration. The material has to be copied into the disk in original file format, not eg. encoded for a DVD-player.

Please fill and include our information form. Entries without signed information forms will not be accepted.
